With a decade of experience in the tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem, I have successfully navigated diverse roles in project management, sales, operations, and business strategy consulting. I have managed multiple projects across Ethiopia, guided sales teams to close over 40 deals, and delivered actionable insights that have improved business strategies, optimized operations, and driven growth in market share and profitability.
Currently serving as the Entrepreneurship Development Manager for ALX Ethiopia, I work alongside a dedicated team to support early-stage founders and foster innovation. Together, we have contributed to the launch of over 800 pre-seed ventures and provided training for more than 3,000 individuals with essential entrepreneurial skills. Through skill development workshops and startup showcases, we have enhanced the visibility of 100+ startups and successfully incubated 75 ventures.
As the co-founder of The Disruptors Den, I have cultivated a thriving entrepreneurial community of over 6,000 members, hosting 90+ weekly coffee meetups that foster meaningful connections and knowledge sharing among founders and experts. Our initiatives, such as spotlight series, mentorship programs, and other initiatives, we have supported hundreds of entrepreneurs in fostering a pan-African mindset, refining business proposals, optimizing processes, and building impactful ventures.
My journey as a founder has enriched my understanding of the challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship. This well-rounded experience fuels my passion for creating supportive ecosystems, driving collaboration, and crafting innovative solutions to help businesses and communities thrive.
