I'm a software engineer based in Addis Ababa. I started writing software professionally in 2019. Over the last few years, I've co-founded three companies around problems I kept seeing in Ethiopia's software, telecom, fintech, and logistics markets. Today, most of my work is focused on klik. I'm co-founder and CTO. We're building the all-in-one delivery app for Addis Ababa: food, grocery, pharmacy, and parcels. We crossed 50,000 downloads this year. I lead the tech side: system design, the customer/driver/merchant apps, payments, and the engineering team.
