A seasoned Strategic Communications and Learning Expert with over 7 years of experience supporting startups and MSMEs across Ethiopia. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Addis Ababa University School of Commerce, I have worked extensively across diverse sectors, including Agri-Tech, Ed-Tech, E-Commerce, and even a Dating App, bringing innovative strategies and insight to fast-growing tech ecosystems.
I am the Founder & Chief of Voice at NextGen Agri Voices, a youth- and women-led African platform amplifying indigenous knowledge, bold storytelling, and leadership in agriculture. Through digital media, live event coverage, and grassroots storytelling, the initiative bridges visibility gaps and uplifts women, youth, and indigenous innovators shaping the future of African food systems.
I am also the Co-Founder of Marketers’ Academy, a platform for marketing education through dynamic workshops and panel discussions. As a verified UNDP GPN Expert Consultant, I have delivered tailored marketing training and developed modules for UNDP’s Innovation Finance Lab and other capacity-building programs.
Beyond my core roles, I mentor startups through Venture Meda (Ice Addis) and Creative DNA fashion accelerator by the British Council and The Creative Hub, and facilitate human-centered design and learning experience design workshops for 180 fresh university graduates together with GIZ Ethiopia, and REDI School in Berlin.
I am a passionate youth leader having served in AIESEC and Rotaract for nearly a decade, most notably as the 2021/22 Country Chair of Rotaract Ethiopia, where I led over 700 members and was recognized as the “Most Inspiring President” in Rotary District 9212.
